| I. Annual Wesleyan Membership |
| A. Philosophy of Membership |
| Membership provides support for the ministry and development of the Central PA Wesleyan Campground and |
| Conference Center (CPWCCC). |
| B. Annual Business Membership Meeting |
| The Annual Business Meeting of the Membership shall be held on the 2nd Saturday of God's Holiness Grove |
| Camp Meeting. Voting privileges are granted for members with dues paid prior to the Annual Business Meeting. |
| C. Membership Boundaries |
| 1. Membership Year - shall run from April 1st thru March 31st. |
| 2. Annual Dues - $10.00 per person |
| 3. Membership Categories |
| a. Membership - Initial |
| The first year shall be called the Initial Membership; |
| It requires membership in good standing in a local Wesleyan church; |
| The written recommendation by the pastor; |
| The approval of the Camp Board |
| b. Membership - Re-affirmation |
| Following the period of Initial Membership, successive years shall require an annual re-affirmation. |
| Requires membership in good standing in a local Wesleyan church and the approval of the Camp Board. |
| 4. Membership Applications |
| a. Initial and Re-affirmation Applications may be received at any time during the year, and will be evaluated |
| by the Camp Board; |
| b. Initial and Re-affirmation Applications shall be sent to the Secretary of the Board, dated and signed by |
| the applicant; |
| c. Payment of Membership Dues must be included with each application; |
| d. Check may be payable to: CPWCCC (initials acceptable) |
| D. Membership Commitments |
| Membership agreements include: |
| 1. The summarized Wesleyan Doctrinal Statements; |
| 2. Membership in good standing in The Wesleyan Church; |
| 3. The payment of Annual Membership Dues; |
| 4. An Annual Re-affirmation to the Membership Commitments |
| E. Membership Benefits |
| Up-to-date Membership carries the following benefits: |
| 1. Voting rights at the Annual Business Meeting |
| 2. Ability to be elected to leadership positions |
| 3. A Pocket Certificate of Membership |
| 4. A reduction in camping fees |
| 5. Access to Newsletters and correspondance |
| F. Termination of Membership |
| Determined by the Constitution and By Laws |
